Hai Abet - Hafiz_AF7
Julia Robert or Miss Juli is a beautiful and rich actress. She is cool, royal like, lady like and so gorgeous! I want to be her boyfriend if she would accept me and of course with the permission from my fiancé lah. Few good movies which I enjoy watching are My Best friend’s wedding and Step Mom.
Finally, who doesn’t know the AF7 winner? His name is Mohd Hafiz b Mohd Suip from Kuching! Just the guy next door. No need for me to introduce hafiz in here. He is as cool as Haris and Juli.
How I wish all of us could meet in round table, chat as long lost friends while sipping a cup of black coffee with crackers under a Sakura tree (how big is Sakura tree) in autumn somewhere over the rainbow… hahahha.. Guys, i know you all are busy, especially you Hafiz. Keep up the good job and always think positively!
Anyway, Haris and Juli were so busy in US. Only Hafiz managed to say Hi! to me last night…

Masih Jelas
musim bermusim
hati tetap serupa
tiada yang berubah dari hari
dikau pergi
di kau pergi
penjara hidup ini
penjara tanpa ada simpati
kepada sang kekasih
yang di landa,
yang di landa kehilangan
chorus
masih jelas setiap garisan halus
bila senyuman kau ukirkan untukku
masih jelas setiap lekuk penjuru
menghiasi wajahmu
waktu kau renung aku
bergetar dalam kalbu
lidah menghiris indah
Ulang Chorus
sudah suratan takdir begini
Segalanya sementara
selagi hayat masih ada
kau bertakhta di hatiku
beralih musim bermusim
hati tetap serupa
Tiada yang berubah dari hari
di kau pergi
di kau pergi

Maybe he needs to concentrate on his study first? Or he has other priority which he needs to accomplish along the way... who knows, right? His parents did a good job anyway....

My Idol Won!!!
We went into the main arena around 8.00PM. At that time, people were really anxious and getting more excited. I saw people carry banners, posters and even cardboards. It was the night of the champion. Around 9.00pm, the concerts started. I was a little bit nervous in case Hafiz sang off pitch, of out of tune and this and that. I could see his rival Akim and Aril have their own supporters. Earlier there were more than 5 busses full with Aril’s supporters but luckily they were all a teenagers. Mana ada duit nak ngundi if their parents didn’t give them the money.. hahaha… When Hafiz sang her 1st number, he did well, he danced and he looked nervous a little bit. He communicate with the audience, well at least I know that he knew he had many supporters, not only calang calang supporters, but supporters whom were willing to fly from Borneo to Malaya and spent hundreds of RM just to see he hold the AF Gold miniature. His 2nd number was even better, I don’t know how to describe it. He was awesome.
If Julia Robert and Harrison Ford were there with me, the three of us would give our standing ovation regardless the fact that the pak guard or RELA who would throw us out from the dewan after that. When they wanted to announce the winner, I my heart stop beating for 0.001 milisecond. But I really have confidence in him and the voters who have been voting for hafiz since the 1st day of the final week.
As the MC announce the 3rd to the 5th place, everyone were shouting Hafiz’s name. I was the loudest to shout, I think so lah. Finally when he announced that Hafiz is the champion, people shouted, people screamed, jumped, clapped hands, run here and there while me, I cried at my place. I cried like a baby.. huk huk huk… hehehe.. Well, it was the moment I would never ever forget!!! I was satisfied with the result. No more votes needed. No more AFUNDI.. no more diary after this and no more Saturdays concerts. As what one of Hafiz cousin said No more AF after this. I Agree! I like Hafiz and his attitude.
His voice tak payah cakap lah. We have a champion from bumi kenyalang and we should be proud of ourselves because we are at the same level with the rest of Malaysians.
For the record; The champion of:
AF1 - Vince – KL
AF2 – Zahid – Selangor
AF3 - Mawi – Johor
AF4-Faisal – Terengganu
AF5 – Mila – Penang
AF6 – Stacy – Sabah
AF7 – Hafiz - Sarawak
Yipeeeeeeeeee!

Nervous Break Down
Hafiz, the Sarawakian is really aiming and putting their hope in you. We all are doing our very best job with our fingers and thumbs by voting you. Some even spends hundreds of dollars even some are risking their monthly bills just for you to emerge as a champion. In Short, tonight you must perform extra well, use every knowledges that you had gain in the academy and be the very best among the very best!
But whatever the result is going to be, we will accept it and life will defenitly different. Your life will obviously will be different compare to yesterday. But our advise is just stay humble, remember where you come from and love your family.
I believe that you can do it.
All the best to you!
Personally, my life would be change too. My routine will be back to normal and my priority would change soon. No more AF for me (i hope so. sorry AF8***), less chatting in the net i guess. I'll surely introduce Hafiz to my family and i will encourage them to buy Hafiz original single album! If there's Hafiz Fan Club in Kuching, I'm eager to become the member. I'll be looking forward to seeing his live concert - with my future wife of course.
Now i have not 2 BUT 3 idols. Julia Roberts, Harrison Ford and last but not least,
Hafiz AF7!

Hafiz A Star is Born!
'' What if i don't win .... '' - Hafiz AF7
If wishes worked like magic,
And plans worked that way too,
And everything you wished for,
Whether good or bad for you,
Immediately was granted
With no effort on your part,
You’d experience no fulfillment
Of your spirit or your heart.
For things achieved too easily
Lose their charm and meaning too,
For it is life’s difficulties
And the trials we go through
That makes us strong in spirit
And endow us with the will
To surmount the insurmountable
And to climb the highest hill.
So wish not for the easy way
To win your heart’s desire,
For the joy’s in overcoming
And withstanding flood and fire,
For to triumph over trouble
And grow stronger with defeat
Is to win the kind of victory
That will make your life complete.

Double Identity
Well, I’m buying a new small house but it’s really difficult to do the arrangement because it is so small. It’s difficult to choose the furniture because once the house is fill with furnitures, it looks like a cramp, crowded warehouse! I really need guidance!
Sigh… Oh yeah, I asked for the Sarawak flag in case the MPH do sell the flag there. But too bad, they don’t have the flag!!! The cashier suggested that I go to the King Centre because it’s available there.. Hmm tomorrow, Perhaps?
At home I saw Caludia and Akim is playing around. Oh yeah, my neice Megan wanted the whole family to call her Claudia or Siti Aisyah(AF7) while my 8 year old nephew Ezra wanted to be called Akim. So Akim ran to me,
Akim: Uncle Bet, did you get the song from that Bunfatch?
Me: Bunfatch? What Bunfatch
Akim: Bunfat bah…
Me: oh, Bunk Face..
Now I recall that he was asking for the Situasi song by Bunk Face since last week. So I go to my room and on the broadband and do search for the song and together with the chords. Hmm, i never thought that song started with Bm and then F#... So a after I got it, we all walked to the main living room. So I played the piano while Akim sing and did his shuffle. Claudia grabbed her tambourine and join us later.
Akim: Uncle Bet , one more time
Me: Ok…..
I enjoyed myself that evening. Actually I never like this song, but it’s no harm for the sake of the children. After everything was done, everybody was happy so I told Akim.
Me: Akim? Ok kah?
Akim: Ok Uncle Abet, enough.
Me: Ok, now you two can call me Hafiz :)
They both *wink* *wink*

Hot Tuesday
I didn't managed to send my song which i composed especially for Hafiz for the final, because i don't know where to send it... hmm what a lame excuse. BUt actually it's true. I did ask many people including Mr Badrul who works for Astrom but sadly his indirect responed was, i was too late! So passive lah me.
I really can't wait for the final concert. I really want my normal life back. I want my Saturday night outing back! Due to the Saturday concert, everthing seems to be slowing down and my activities that night mostly on watching AF concerts, AF diaries, channel 109 and beleive it or not, i even watch the siaran ulangan in that small box of channel 109. It has been a while i didn't watch movie with my fiance, soon we are husband and wife and it all happen within this month!
People did asked me to be prepare mentally. But i don't know what they mean.. what ever obstacles that comes into our life, we will oversome it, yeah, we have made our vows during our engagement;
I'll be with you in times of pain, when we are poor, when i have nothing and when i'm sick and so on.. so what?
It;s 12th May, 18 more days to do.. hehehe, I don't beleive it that i'm getting married! Never i can imagine to find the guts to talk and to tell mom that i'm interested with Snah and i want to get enggaged with her. I never being so brave that i went alone for a dinner one evening just to meet Snah's family members, yeah i was alone! It was a long night!
Well, those were only a step towards a long journey. The journey which my grandparents, my parents, and my sisters had took. Some had reached the end of their journey while some is still moving ahead steadyly, while Snah and I just found our 'right socks and shoes' and some tools and jigs.. in case we need them. But we know the good Lord Jesus is our guide and the Holy spirit is our teacher.
What ever will be will be, that's what someone's mom always said. So ,let's just do the very best today, learn from the past and what ever comes tomorrow, face it bravely in Jesus name.

Women's Heart Attack
I was aware that female heart attacks are different, but this is the best
description I've ever read.
Women and heart attacks (Myocardial infarction). Did you know that women
rarely have the same dramatic symptoms that men have when experiencing heart
attack ..
You know, the sudden stabbing pain in the chest, the cold sweat, grabbing
the chest & dropping to the floor that we see in the movies. Here is the
story of one woman's experience with a heart attack.
'I had a heart attack at about 10 :30 PM with NO prior exertion, NO prior
emotional trauma that one would suspect might have brought it on. I was
sitting all snugly & warm on a cold evening, with my purring cat in my lap,
reading an interesting story my friend had sent me, and actually thinking,
'A-A-h, this is the life, all cozy and warm in my soft, cushy Lazy Boy with
my feet propped up.
A moment later, I felt that awful sensation of indigestion, when you've been
in a hurry and grabbed a bite of sandwich and washed it down with a dash of
water, and that hurried bite seems to feel like you've swallowed a golf ball
going down the esophagus in slow motion and it is most uncomfortable. You
realize you shouldn't have gulped it down so fast and needed to chew it more
thoroughly and this time drink a glass of water to hasten its progress down
to the stomach. This was my initial sensation---the only trouble was that I
hadn't taken a bite of anything since about 5:00 p.m.
After it seemed to subside, the next sensation was like little squeezing
motions that seemed to be racing up my SPINE (hind-sight, it was probably
my aorta spasms), gaining speed as they continued racing up and under my
sternum (breast bone, where one presses rhythmically when ministering CPR)..
This fascinating process continued on into my throat and branched out into
both jaws. 'AHA!! NOW I stopped puzzling about what was happening -- we all
have read and/or heard about pain in the jaws being one of the signals of an
MI happening, haven't we? I said aloud to myself and the cat, Dear God, I
think I'm having a heart attack!
I lowered the foot rest dumping the cat from my lap, started to take a step
and fell on the floor instead. I thought to myself, If this is a heart
attack, I shouldn't be walking into the next room where the phone is or
anywhere else ... but, on the other hand, if I don't, nobody will know that
I need help, and if I wait any longer I may not be able to get up in a
moment.
I pulled myself up with the arms of the chair, walked slowly into the next
room and dialed the Paramedics ... I told her I thought I was having a heart
attack due to the pressure building under the sternum and radiating into my
jaws.. I didn't feel hysterical or afraid, just stating the facts. She said
she was sending the Paramedics over immediately, asked if the front door
was near to me, and if so, to un-bolt the door and then lie down on the
floor where they could see me when they came in.
I unlocked the door and then laid down on the floor as instructed and lost
consciousness, as I don't remember the medics coming in, their examination,
lifting me onto a gurney or getting me into their ambulance, or hearing the
call they made to St. Jude ER on the way, but I did briefly awaken when we
arrived and saw that the radiologist was already there in his surgical blues
and cap, helping the medics pull my stretcher out of the ambulance. He was
bending over me asking questions (probably something like 'Have you taken
any medications?') but I couldn't make my mind interpret what he was saying,
or form an answer, and nodded off again, not waking up until the
Cardiologist and partner had already threaded the teeny angiogram balloon
up my femoral artery into the aorta and into my heart where they installed
2 side by side stints to hold open my right coronary artery.
'I know it sounds like all my thinking and actions at home must have taken
at least 20-30 minutes before calling the paramedics, but actually it took
perhaps 4-5 minutes before the call, and both the fire station and St. Jude
are only minutes away from my home, and my Cardiologist was already to go to
the OR in his scrubs and get going on restarting my heart (which had stopped
somewhere between my arrival and the procedure) and installing the stints.
'Why have I written all of this to you with so much detail? Because I want
all of you who are so important in my life to know what I learned first
hand.'
1. Be aware that something very different is happening in your body not the
usual men's symptoms but inexplicable things happening (until my sternum and
jaws got into the act). It is said that many more women than men die of
their first (and last) MI because they didn't know they were having one and
commonly mistake it as indigestion, take some Maalox or other anti-heartburn
preparation and go to bed, hoping they'll feel better in the morning when
they wake up ... which doesn't happen. My female friends, your symptoms
might not be exactly like mine, so I advise you to call the Paramedics if
ANYTHING is unpleasantly happening that you've not felt before.
It is better to have a 'false alarm' visitation than to risk your life
guessing what it might be!
2. Note that I said 'Call the Paramedics.' And if you can, take an aspirin.
Ladies, TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE! Do NOT try to drive yourself to the ER -
you are a hazard to others on the road..
Do NOT have your panicked husband who will be speeding and looking anxiously
at what's happening with you instead of the road.
Do NOT call your doctor -- he doesn't know where you live and if it's at
night you won't reach him anyway, and if it's daytime, his assistants (or
answering service) will tell you to call the Paramedics. He doesn't carry
the equipment in his car that you need to be saved! The paramedics do,
principally OXYGEN that you need ASAP. Your Dr. will be notified later.
3. Don't assume it couldn't be a heart attack because you have a normal
cholesterol count. Research has discovered that a cholesterol elevated
reading is rarely the cause of an MI (unless it's unbelievably high and/or
accompanied by high blood pressure). MIs are usually caused by long-term
stress and inflammation in the body, which dumps all sorts of deadly
hormones into your system to sludge things up in there. Pain in the jaw can
wake you from a sound sleep. Let's be careful and be aware. The more we
know the better chance we could survive.
A cardiologist says if everyone who gets this mail sends it to 10 people,
you can be sure that we'll save at least one life.

AF Maniac 1 down
Here’s my song selection for this week to support Hafiz. Frankly I have stopped voting because I don’t want ASTRO to get anything out of me. For them 1 person is nothing, but I don’t givea damn! Sorry voters, you have to continue the fight. Who ever wins, Hafiz is still the best!
