3 Abdul Hafiz

The month of August is the month where some of the astro channel pay attribute to the late Yasmin Ahmad. I think, the 1st Yasmin's movie i watched was Sepet. Not to say i like it, but frankly, i enjoyed watching it. But her work has slowly became predictable to me. I mean the stroy line are all the same in her movies. Family, friendship, kampung life and so on. Maybe that's her trade mark. But i think to be famous or well known, she must have the versetility, the uniqueness and the originality in her films so that the whole world, not only in asean region will be eager to watch her masterpiece as if they are watching the work from Steven Spielberg.

Yesterday, my wife and i watched the "Talentime" - (Tale and Time), the last work of the late Yasmin Hamid before she died. Talentine, as usual, it's about life. I really enjoy watching it! You know what, in the movie, the boy on the left is Hafiz. I'm not going to tell you what his role in the movie, go and watch yourself..... hehehhe...






This week also is the final week for Pentas anak wayang. A reality show like the academy fantasia where one champion would be selected as a winner again, base on the highest sms vote. Personally, i didn't follow this show from the beginning but since it was the finale, hmm, why not. Below are the finalist of the anak wayang. Oh, ya, again, the runner up is Hafiz. I keep thinking about this name, since my idol is Hafiz bin Suip from AF7.

Hafizfcadmin: You know what is the meaning of Hafiz?

me: Entah...

Hafizfcadmin: It means people whom fasih kitab, they are called Al-Hafiz.

me: OIC

Well, this week alone i was introduced with 3 more hero by the name of Hafiz, Hafiz in the talentime movie, Hafiz in the Pentas anak wayang and Hafiz the chef. Wait, there's another guy by the name of Hafiz too, oh ya the malaysia Badminton player.
